The Cl'cli'cl are an insectoid race which today inhabit the Terran Federation colony of Thebes.
The records from their ship indicate that they are from another galaxy, sent here to colonize. However, an ion storm damaged the ships systems, making them unable to complete their mission. After much debate, it was decided that Thebes would take in the aliens.
