The Tarsians are a humanoid species originally from the planet Tarsia Prime.
They were originally a primitive species who were trying to survive a nuclear winter on their homeworld. Following contact with the Terran Federation, it was decided that the remaining thirty thousand Tarsians would be transported to Terran Federation space, where they eventually integrated themselves into Terran Federation society.
